The Viewtron IP-PTZ-44 is an automatic PTZ tracking camera with built-in alarm speaker and alarm lights / spot lights for active crime deterrence. This 4 megapixel PTZ camera with built-in auto-tracking AI software that can detect and automatically track people and cars. This is a 4mp network IP camera with PoE (power over Ethernet) support, 4x zoom lens, built-in audio surveillance microphone, and built-in IR night vision.
The Viewtron IP-PTZ-44 is enclosed in a IP66 rated weatherproof dome housing so that it can be used for indoor and outdoor installations. The built-in IR LEDs provide infrared illumination up to 196 feet. The motorized 4x zoom lens is equivalent to a 2.8 to 12mm varifocal lens. CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends using a Viewtron NVR with this IP camera, however, it is ONVIF compliant so that it can be used with any ONVIF compatible NVR (3rd party manufacturer DVRs supported).

In addition to the automatic pan tilt zoom tracking that is built into the camera, you can also manually control the PTZ using a Viewtron NVR, Viewtron VMS software for Mac and Windows, and via the

This is the optional
VT-JP409 wall arm mount bracket that is used with this 360 camera so that it can be wall mounted using a 90 degree arm. Please note that the VT-J206 junction box must be used with the arm bracket. When you choose this option, both parts are included.

The IP-PTZ-44 works great with
Viewtron IP camera NVRs. Viewtron NVRs are fully integrated with all of the PTZ controls and AI software that is built into this camera. Viewtron NVRs (except 64ch and 128ch models) have built-in power over Ethernet ports. The remote camera viewing apps are able to connect directly to Viewtron IP cameras and also to DVRs / NVRs to support outstanding live security camera viewing, recorded video playback, and instant push notifications for camera alarms.
PoE for IP Camera
This IP camera is PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e network cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera.
