The Vivotek MS8391-EV is a multi sensor panoramic IP camera capable of recording in
7552 x 1416 at up to 7 frames per second. The Vivotek MS8391-EV features a
180° panoramic view with no dead angles, providing complete wall to wall coverage. It is able to accomplish this by using four, 3 megapixel, 1/2.8" CMOS image sensors that are evenly spaced, and when combined, equate to a 12 megapixel panoramic image.
The unique design of this camera makes it ideal for the parking lot or courtyard of businesses and school campuses. The housing of this camera is
IP66 / IK10 rated, allowing it to withstand harsh weather, dust, humidity and acts of vandalism. The built-in Infrared LEDs have an effective range of up to 30 meters / 90 feet in complete darkness.
WDR Enhancement feature allows the camera to capture video in environments with ultra bright, or dark backgrounds. It works by combining the darkest part of the image with the brightest to create one highly detailed image, close to that of the human eye.
This camera can be powered by
24V-AC, or POE 802.3AT, which allows both data and power to be run over one Cat-5E cable. Topping off the vast list of features is a 32 channel Vivotek IP recording software with a user friendly interface.
