The Viewtron IP-B2 is a 1080p / 2mp IP bullet camera with built-in IR night vision. This network IP camera is enclosed in a IP67 rated weatherproof bullet housing so that it can be used for indoor and outdoor installations. The built-in IR LEDs provide infrared illumination up to 120 feet. The fixed 3.6mm lens captures provides a 86 degree field of view. The tri-axis mount allows installers to ceiling mount or wall mount the camera and angle the lens in any direction.
CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends a Viewtron IP camera NVR for use with this camera. However, this 2mp IP camera is ONVIF protocol compliant so that it can be used with any 3rd party ONVIF compatible NVR.

This is an IP67 rated security camera. The weatherproof housing provides 100% protection from dust and 100% protection from water intrusion. This camera can safely be installed outdoors in areas that have a extremely heavy rain and high humidity. It can also be installed in very cold climates and along ocean coasts where there is salt water in the air.
The camera body is made with high quality, corrosion-proof alloy aluminum. Stainless steel mounting screws are included for installation. CCTV Camera Pros highly recommends IP67 security cameras for outdoor installations. You can learn more about IP67 cameras here.
Junction Box Mount Option
The
VT-J302 security camera junction box is an optional installation mount for the IP-B2. There is a bottom and side cable inlet and the cable leads from your camera can neatly be concealed inside this weatherproof enclosure. When the bottom inlet is used, the inlet plug can be moved to the size inlet. This junction box can be used for ceiling or wall mount installations.
Watch this video to see how easy installation is with the camera's tri-axis ball and socket joint style mount. Simply loosen the set ring at the base of the camera to point the camera lens in any direction. When you are done adjusting the angle, tighten the set ring. The camera is very sturdy and the set position will not move.

The 3.6mm lens provides a nice wide angle of view. This bullet IP camera does a great job providing security to this area of our parking lot.
Our parking lot has some street lights that are on at night. So, this is not a zero light surveillance test. This is a low light test, which is typical for parking lots and other outdoor installations. Please note that this camera's IR night vision also works extremely well in zero light. This 2mp IP camera has smart IR. Smart IR means that the intensity of the infrared illumination automatically adjusts when objects are closer to the camera so they do not get washed out.

View Your Security Cameras Remotely
The IP-D8 works great with
Viewtron hybrid security camera DVRs and Viewtron IP camera NVRs. Viewtron hybrids support BNC cameras and network IP cameras up to 4K resolution. Viewtron NVRs support IP cameras and have built-in power over Ethernet. The remote viewing apps are able to connect directly to Viewtron IP cameras and also to DVRs / NVRs.

PoE for IP Camera
This IP camera is PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e network cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera.
