The VT-J301 is a round security camera junction box that has a 4.6 inch / 118mm diameter. This white junction box is made of weatherproof aluminum weatherproof construction. It can be used with dome and bullet style security cameras (BNC and IP). The following 3-hole and 4-hole screw mount patterns / measurements are supported. Check out these photos of a

Camera Mount Measurements Guide
The pre-threaded screw hole patterns supported by the VT-J301 support many different small to medium sized security cameras. Mounting screws are included. There is also a
pre-drilled and threaded entry for 1/2 inch conduit on the back and side of this junction box. Please note that we also have a
gray version of this junction box available.
The pre-drilled holes for the installation anchors on the back of the junction box are spaced 62mm / 2.44 inches apart.

There are 1/2" conduit entries located on the side and back of the junction box. In the above image you can see the conduit entry plug screwed into the conduit inlet located on the side of the junction box and the rear conduit hole open. Installers can use this conduit entry located on the rear of the box to feed cable through security when the junction box is mount flush against a ceiling or wall. Or you can use that entry to create a pendant mount installation to bring your security camera lower on high ceiling installations.

Dome IP Camera
Here is a picture of our
IP-D8 4K dome IP camera mounted to the junction box. This junction box works with all of the smaller model Viewtron IP cameras.
Dome BNC Security Camera
Here is a picture of a small turret style dome camera mounted to the junction box. This is a HD BNC / coax type security camera, like these
180 degree domes cameras. The VT-J301 works with most smaller dome security cameras.
Optional Corner Mount Bracket
The
VT-CNM5 corner mount bracket can be used with this junction box. The VT-CNM5 allows you to install this bracket on a 90 degree corner of a building / structure.

Optional Pole Mount Bracket
The
VT-PM5 pole mount bracket can be used with this junction box. The VT-PM5 allows you to install this bracket on round pole.

Gray Junction Box
CCTV Camera Pros also has this
gray CCTV junction box available (model VT-J301G). The specs are identical to the white version. The only difference is the color. Here is the DPRO-B24DHR turret dome CCTV camera mounted on the VT-J301G. Please note that these mounts support ceiling or wall mount installations for dome cameras and bullet cameras.
Bullet CCTV Camera
