Nuuo Main Console Remote Access (IE)

The instructions below explain how to access the Nuuo Main Console DVR / NVR remotely using an Internet Explorer web browser. The Internet Explorer Live Viewer shares a similar interface to the Nuuo Main Console DVR / NVR interface making for ease of use.

1. The first step is to ensure that the correct ports are forwarded in the router connected to the Nuuo Main Console PC. Then make sure that the correct network settings are enabled in the Nuuo Main Console interface. If you have not yet completed those steps, please visit our Nuuo Main Console Network Setup article.

2. Now launch an Internet Explorer web browser and enter your Remote IP Address followed by Port 80 into the address bar. (Shown Below) (Please note that your Remote IP Address will differ from the example below)

3. Then choose Remote Live Viewer. (Shown Below)

4.You will then be asked to download Active X Controls, go ahead and install them. Enter the Username and Password of your Nuuo Main Console DVR. (Shown Below)

5. You will now be able to view your Nuuo Main Console DVR remotely using an Internet Explorer web browser.
