The NUUO-SCB-C31 POS Surveillance Module provides financial transaction surveillance in one central system. The architecture is described below.  The POS transaction data flows to a network video recorder (NVR) by Ethernet. Each cash register with an external receipt printer is connected via DB9 cable. The transaction information delivered in R232 format can be converted to Ethernet through the NUUO-SCB-C31 POS data capture converter.

  • End: Define the selected text as a symbol which means a transaction ends
  • Cash Register Opened: Define the text as a symbol which means the cash register is open

POS Event Detection

• Transaction Start: Detect any transaction beginning defined in filter
  
• Transaction End: Detect any transaction ending defined in filter
• Open Cash Register: Detect any cash register opening defined in filter
• User Defined Condition: Detect up to 10 conditions of special words or numbers which are defined by user for transaction data of each POS device.
• Connection Lost: The basic function to alarm when network of POS device disconnecting.
