The Zavio B5110 is a 1.3 megapixel security camera.  The B5110 is an IP66 rated weather-proof rated outdoor IP camera designed for 24hr indoor/outdoor surveillance. The B5110 is equipped with 1.3 megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor and a fixed 4 mm lens which supports a 48 degree horizontal view. The infrared capability of this camera is up to a 15 meter working distance.  This megapixel camera also has built in PoE (Power over Ethernet) and digital input and output for external alarm & sensor.  This camera is now compatible with the Apple iPhone, iPad, and Mac computers for live remote viewing. Mac Viewable IP Camera

The Zavio B5110 supports live remote viewing over the Internet from a Mac computer, however, Zavio cameras can not record video directly to a Mac.  For Macintosh users that are looking for a surveillance system that can also support recorded video playback from a Mac, we recommend using Zavio cameras with the NUUO NVR Titan recorder.  It is highly recommended that Mac users read our Zavio IP camera FAQ for Mac before purchasing.
