I have only had our system installed for a week but everything is working so far. The large number of instructional videos available helped with setup. The only problem I had was setting up the port forwarding and mac app setup. I think the videos here could be updated.

LPR CAMERA SYSTEM with NVR	May 14, 2022

Great experience with CCTV Camera Pros and awesome communication.
Purchased 2 LPR cameras with NVR, great software with plate recognition, almost plug in and go. After install , just set up target area for each cam. To make sure I had system all set I gave them a call to walk me through menu settings for each cam and they where more than willing to help me. Definitely will be buying from them again !

Great product with exceptional support!	February 6, 2022

I have had only a couple of issues that were answered immediately after contacting support. James had an excellent attitude even though I had only a couple of hours of experience with the product. All of my questions were answered after a minimum of background questions. After all of my questions were answered he made abundantly clear if I had ANY more questions I was to call back any time. I am confident that if I have any questions they will be answered in a timely manner. I was even provided a phone number to call on the weekend. I call that "over and above service". Thanks for your help!

Working Perfectly	January 21, 2022

I needed an automatic license plate recognition system to replace the manual one I had. The system from CCTV Camera pros has captured every plate that has passed by with ease. The presets were almost spot on but I did have to adjust my system to switch to day and night mode automatically with the IR lights constantly on to get everything covered.

I needed a new NVR and contacted CCTV Camera Pros. I am so glad I did. They were able to guide me every step of the way. My NVR arrived very fast. I am a senior citizen and am pretty technologically challenged. They patiently walked me through what I needed to do, they graciously answered my numerous questions, they offered suggestions, and followed up with me to make sure everything was working okay. I could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a system from CCTV Camera Pros to replace my Q-See system, as they went out of business earlier this year. I emailed the company for suggestions to replace the NVR and cameras and Mike helped me select the exact products that not only fit the need, but everything works way better than my prior system.
Terrific customer service, nice people and great products!!!

Replacement CCTV System	March 24, 2021

One of the "features" of a house we recently bought was a four camera PoE security system. The previous owner even left a 40" television mounted on the wall that the cameras were connected to. Not being a priority, it was a while before I checked the old system out. What I found out was that the NVR was password protected, the hard drive was corrupted and the company that made it was going out of business. Several companies I contacted for replacement systems either never responded to my queries or couldn't answer my technical questions. I exchanged messages with Carlos of CCTV Camera Pros who advised me that I could reuse the existing CAT5 cabling and just replace the four cameras and the NVR. Great! I placed my order and it was a snap to replace all the old equipment with the new and better equipment from CCTV Camera Pros. At one point I did have a technical question about getting everything configured and James was able to steer me in the right direction.
