Customer service is excellent. Yes, it does cost a little more than other NVRs on the market. But the customer service is excellent. When I set my system up they were very Patient and helpful they stepped me through the entire process. I am very happy with the system and excited to utilize all the options available.

We have recently ordered a CCTV system from Camera Pros after a thorough search for the best system for our new rooftop bar in Oakland. Setting up the system was a breeze and we love it! Mike Haldas from CCTV followed up to check on us and see if we needed anything but there was nothing difficult with the setup. We are working on two more projects and we will definitely order more systems from Mike.

Mike, Carlos, and a couple of other at CCTV Camera Pros were very helpful. They answered questions by phone and email to help me purchase the items I needed for my system, including some additional recommendations that turned out to be key. I will definitely go back to them in the future with any additional needs. Their website is pretty useful with several videos about the capabilities and differences in the products as well as installations thoughts.

Just a quick note to tell you how pleased I am with my system, and with the support I’ve received in my several phone calls with Zach in your tech support department.

I’m blown away with the capability of the system.  I still have a few false AI alarm events (mostly spiders who seem to love to build webs in front of the IR), but beyond comparison to the motion sensing of my old system. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase, and especially so with the tech support I’ve received each time I’ve called with a question. Customer service and product quality on this level is almost non-existent in our economy today.

Your products and your support staff are second to none.  Keep up the fantastic work!
