The new DVR works so superior to the Q-See system, I have to figure out how to adjust the cameras to keep from sending so many notifications its crazy good. I need help from technical support Ill have to call them.

I ordered a DVR to replace a failing DVR from another supplier. The DVR from CCTV Camera Pros is far superior to the one I had and I could not be more pleased. The only problem that I had was logging on for the first time, as the password in the documentation was incorrect. I emailed a quick note to Mike over a holiday weekend and to my amazement, Mike responded within an hour with the correct password for me. Superior service ...
I also love the videos that the send out occasionally with updates to products as well tips on how to do things. I also like the fact that this is a veteran owned business which I am honored to support. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
I would also like to take this opportunity to wish Mike and his team a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I had a DVR installed by my alarm company. It was supposed to be easy to use and work with Mac computers. It was difficult to operate and didn't work with Macs, even after multiple software downloads. I searched for a DVR that worked with Macs and found CCTV Camera Pros. From the first call, they were easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and interested in helping me. I purchased a 4 channel DVR. It arrived two days later. After reading the instructions, the was installed in about an hour. The iPhone software was downloaded and worked without a clutch. It was a Great Experience ordering from CCTV Camera Pros. I will be a returning customer!

I had a Q-See camera system and that company went out of business with no service parts or tech help. CCTV recommended a NVR that would replace the failed NVR and still work with my Q-See cameras. That alone made me a happy customer.
Then I had a problem connecting the NVR to the internet, working with both CCTV and my ISP I got connected and system is working great, actually better then the Q-see system ever worked.
Not only did CCTV answer the phone, someone there actually spoke english and was understandable. Seem to be rare, to fine that kind of excellent service with everyone suffering from staff shortages.
I highly recommend this company.

CCTV Camera Pros guided me through the purchase and set up of a 2 camera system. Zach provided me with the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Everything that I purchased was of the highest quality and value. Zach walked me through the set up. I wish every company operated the way CCTV Camera Pros operates.

After weeks of research into a new CCTV system and little luck finding units that met all of my needs, I reached out to Mike at CCTV Camera Pros. In just a few minutes of explaining what I needed for our system and the hurdles we were facing currently, Mike sent over a walkthrough video of a unit that solved all of our issues. I fully expected bringing in a professional in the field would mean paying a premium price as well... Not the case at all. The unit was on par and even less expensive than comparable unit pricing I had already been interested in. I will absolutely be a return customer should our needs ever change in the future.
