I needed affordable, modern-day advanced or AI Camera technology for a custom project that included License Plate Reading (LPR), Vehicle Detection, Face Recognition, Tripwire/Intrusion Zones, and Alarm Signal Output. I knew the technology existed and that integration was possible, but I didn't know where to find it until I found CCTV Camera Pros.

The Viewtron NVR AI system completely exceeded my expectations and in my opinion is well worth every penny.

The documentation, videos, and walkthroughs available directly from their website made setup and configuration and absolute breeze. While I didn't have any problems, I had some questions to clarify and was more than happy with their response time, clarity, and guidance.

As I moved to optimize my system, I needed some help and they did not hesitate to respond and help above and beyond what I would say you typically find these days from other companies. They CONTINUE to blow me away with how they do business and fully embrace the customer relationship. It is clear that the CCTV Camera Pros team take pride in what they do and *WANT* to teach people how to be better.

CCTV Camera Pros will continue to be my very first go-to for any new project!

My company was looking to replace our outdated security cameras. When I found CCTV Camera Pros and saw what they had to offer, I was thrilled. Their Viewtron NVRs are packed with helpful features we use to protect our business such as LPR and creating intrusion zones and tripwires using their AI. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I have had my VT-LPR-S2 ANPR / LPR camera system about a month now and I want to compliment you and your team on such good phone support along with the excellent product.

I have owned 3-4 other brands and this one stands out far ahead of them all.
I had it up and tested in less then and hour, I managed the interface easily, and I like it’s features.
There is still a lot to learn from your videos and to test out but it worked right out of the box.

The few times I had to call for assistance your phone support got the job done.
I already, along with your LPR and vehicle recognition software have helped the police apprehend a burglary suspect in my sub division. I would say that the LPR camera captures 90% of the day time plates and the night time plates in about the 70% and above range.

With the Tennessee State tags being in white letters over blue, along with cars speeding or darken plates that is a very good job.

I was pleased that your LPR got a perfect day snapshot of the burglary suspects tags and truck info, that is what got him booked into our jail.

I am amazed at the dimly lit vehicles at night and then your camera still captures the plates, awesome.

Please keep in mind that I only estimated the percentage of captured plates but they should be close to the numbers.

I am conveying to my neighbors the importance of a high-end system as this to help keep all safe.

My order was made over the phone, taken directly by one of the owners. All questions were answered clearly and accurately. My shipment was received within a week, well packed and protected. CCTV Camera Pros kept me in the shipping loop, even letting me know the exact arrival date. Mike Haldas sent me links to lots of installation and configuration info including manuals and videos. When I did have a few questions regarding the iPhone app, my call was immediately answered and they walked me through the app setup.

CCTV Camera Pros were highly recommended to me, and now I understand why.

Having issues with trespasser(s) on property and needed cameras to capture the license plate numbers as well as very detailed info in regard to car(s). Purchased the AI Security Camera and LPR Camera...they are both amazing, but the detail of the LPR Camera is outstanding!!! Technical support is also outstanding! Each and every question is answered promptly. Camera system is so very easy to set up...does not require a degree in technology!! Thank you CCTV Camera Pros for all you have done to help us protect our property!

Great experience with CCTV Camera Pros and awesome communication.
Purchased 2 LPR cameras with NVR, great software with plate recognition, almost plug in and go. After install , just set up target area for each cam. To make sure I had system all set I gave them a call to walk me through menu settings for each cam and they where more than willing to help me. Definitely will be buying from them again !

I needed an automatic license plate recognition system to replace the manual one I had. The system from CCTV Camera pros has captured every plate that has passed by with ease. The presets were almost spot on but I did have to adjust my system to switch to day and night mode automatically with the IR lights constantly on to get everything covered.

Our HOA is extremely pleased with the customer service available since our recent purchase of the LPR camera system. We were novices when we bought our system but with James extraordinary patience and assistance, we were able to quickly set up the LPR and NVR system. Once set up, James further assisted with calibrating, fine tuning, and testing our system for optimum performance. Truly exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.
