I was looking for a quality security camera system for my home that is better what is available in the box stores. I ran across CCTV Camera Pros online and did some research. I like the quality of the images shown online and the overall ease of using the playback system. It was more expensive than the last system I had, but that system quit working after about 3 years. The CCTV Camera Pro system is superior and I expect to get many years out of this system.

The pros at CCTV Camera Pros were great! We had no in-house expertise with our existing camera system. Our non-profit had an existing system of mixed IP and coax cameras, with a dead DVR and a few bad cameras. James spent as much time as was necessary to understand the situation and make recommendations to get it all working again. We also added some new cameras for additional coverage. James was very helpful with after-sales questions as well, ensuring we got it installed and running successfully ourselves. The shipping was very fast and well packed. Would highly recommend CCTV Camera Pros to provide the right solution at a reasonable price, and for their support after your purchase.

ordered 4 new cameras and a new DVR to work on my existing [old] coax feed lines that I could not replace. Got to 1080p clarity with the new system. The folks at CCTV were monumental at helping me out and giving guidance. The eight port DVR I ordered was disappointing at first because it was way too noisy from the fan for my office. I called them up and they recognized the problem and promptly sent me a replacement fan for the unit which made a huge difference and is now tolerable. I have everything installed and working 100%. Amazing clarity and functions perfectly! Thanks to all at CCTV Camera Pros.

I am a facilities manager and have been using CCTV Camera Pros for a couple years now. It all started a couple of years ago when I found you guys on the internet, and bought a 16 channel DVR  from a guy named Chris Haldas (related I’m guessing).

As a facilities manager, I deal with a ton of vendors/contractors. I can say without hesitation that every single experience I have had with CCTV Camera Pros, whether it be a purchase or tech support, the experience has been high speed.

In the age of “no customer service”, you guys still get it.

We have always been impressed with the customer customer we have received from CCTV Camera Pros. Today Zack had gone above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and concerned about helping us solve our problem. Another important aspect of this company is that they have shown a high level of integrity. Which is rare to see now a days. If you are looking for a company to buy a security system from, I would highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

It has been a very good experience in dealing with the people at CCTV Camera Pros and I am pleased with the equipment. James was my sales guy - and he was very helpful in putting together a system to fit my requirements and sent me helpful information so I felt confident with my purchase. From the technical support side, Zack has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions in addressing my technical questions. I would highly recommend CCTV Camera Pros.
