The pros at CCTV Camera Pros were great! We had no in-house expertise with our existing camera system. Our non-profit had an existing system of mixed IP and coax cameras, with a dead DVR and a few bad cameras. James spent as much time as was necessary to understand the situation and make recommendations to get it all working again. We also added some new cameras for additional coverage. James was very helpful with after-sales questions as well, ensuring we got it installed and running successfully ourselves. The shipping was very fast and well packed. Would highly recommend CCTV Camera Pros to provide the right solution at a reasonable price, and for their support after your purchase.

Mike and the crew really helped me out. I ran into a situation where I had to install non IP video cameras with RS 485 communication for PTZ. This was not familiar to me as I generally only resell and install full I.Ps camera systems. They walked me through the setup and installation and made sure I knew what was going on . Top notch dealer, with top notch knowledge, and service. I would highly recommend!
