The Vivotek FE8180 mini IP fisheye camera features an HD recording resolution of 1920 x 1920 at 15 frames per second or 1920 x 1080 at a full 30 frames per second. The Vivotek FE8180 includes a 1.57mm wide angle lens and a 1/2.5" Progressive Scan CMOS image sensor for superior image quality.

This camera is capable of displaying two 180° panoramic images or one 360° image with virtually no blind spots. This is perfect for covering wide open areas such as airports, malls and retail stores. In addition to panoramic and 360° viewing modes, the FE8180 can display in several other video modes including a quadrant view that replicates the capabilities of 4 individual cameras.

For low light environments the FE8180 features a Color lux rating of 0.18. The WDR Enhancement feature further enhances the image quality in environments with challenging lighting conditions, such as bright or dark back lighting. It works by combining the brightest part of the image with the darkest part to create an image close to that of the human eye.

The Vivotek FE8180 is powered by POE 802.3AT, allowing both video and power to be run over one Cat-5E cable. A Built-in Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC Card Slot allows the user to record video clips and snapshots locally. Like all Vivotek cameras, the FE8180 includes a central management software to record, manage and view the camera on a Windows PC.

PoE for IP Camera

This IP camera is PoE (power over Ethernet) compliant which allows the installer to run a single CAT-5e cable to provide both power and data connectivity to the camera. CCTV Camera Pros supplies the following PoE injectors and PoE network switches which are compatible with this camera.
