Fixed Network Dome Camera

The Vivotek FD836BA-HVF2 is a fixed network dome camera featuring a recording resolution of 1920 x 1080 at a full 30 frames per second. The Vivotek FD836BA-HVF2 fixed network dome camera features a 2 Megapixel CMOS image sensor paired with a Fixed 2.8mm Lens to provide a 122° horizontal angle of view.

The built-in infrared illuminators have an effective range of 30 meters / 90 feet and allow the camera to continue recording in low or no light environments. The Smart IR technology used on this camera prevents the image from whiting-out by increasing or decreasing the IR intensity as objects move in front of the camera. To provide clearer images, the 3D Digital Noise Reduction helps to reduce the graininess of the image. This is especially useful when the camera is in black and white mode.

The WDR Enhancement feature allows the camera to provide highly detailed image quality in environments with ultra bright or dark back lighting. It works by combining the darkest part of the image with the brightest part to create one balanced image. The IP66 / IK10 rated enclosure protects the vital components of the camera from harsh weather, dust, humidity, direct impact and temperatures as low as -4°F.

The tri axis mechanical design allows the camera to be mounted to either a wall or ceiling with ease. A few more features of the FD836BA-HVF2 include POE 802.3AT compliance, a Removable IR Cut Filter and a Built-in Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot for local storage recording.
