The Vivotek FD8151V is a mini vandal dome camera capable of recording in 1280 x 1024 video resolution at up to 30 frames per second with a 1.3 Megapixel CMOS image sensor. This mini vandal dome camera features an ultra compact design of 100mm / 3.95 inches in diameter. The IK10 rated housing is designed to protect the camera's vital components from acts of vandalism to ensure uninterrupted operation. It comes standard with a 2.5mm fixed lens that captures a wide angle of view.

This camera has built-in IR illuminators with an effective range of up to 5 meters / 15 feet, perfect for maintaining visibility in low light environments. Enhancing the low light capabilities even more is the IR Cut Filter, which creates a better image by blocking the unnecessary infrared lighting and only allowing the visible light to pass through.

In the event that the network goes down the FD8151V can record locally using the Micro SD / SDHC SDXC card slot. This camera is powered by POE 802.3af , enabling the user to run both video and power over one Cat-5 cable. It can be remotely viewed using PC web browser or 3GPP mobile device. The Vivotek-FD8151V includes a 32 channel central management software for monitoring and recording.
