The Geovision GV-MDR220 is a dome IP camera featuring a fixed 2 megapixel lens with a 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor. The Geovision GV-MDR220 supports up to 30FPS (Frames Per Second) at 1920 x 1080 resolution to provide an ultra crisp and clear image.

The IP66 and IK7 rated housing ensures the camera will operate in extreme temperature and resist vandal tampering. This camera can be mounted on the ceiling or on a wall surface (Mounting Positions) and features a 3 axis mechanism to dial in the best viewing angle for your application.

A built-in microphone allows users to record audio with ease. The Geovision MDR220 supports dual streams of each H.264, MPEG4 or MJPEG. Remote viewing is possible through iPhone, iPad, Android, PC and 3GPP mobile devices.

32 Channel Geovision Software

Each Geovision camera includes a free 32 channel software license which can be used with any Geovision IP camera. Install the software on a Windows computer and create a PC based surveillance DVR / NVR for your Geovision cameras. Click here to view the latest Geovision software specification.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs. Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices. Some remote viewing methods require use of the NVR software that is included with the camera and some methods can connect directly to the camera and do not require a PC be used. PoE for IP Camera
