The CK-983321 is a universal PTZ camera controller based on RS-485. It can control up to 36 PTZ security cameras. This controller supports Pelco and COP-2 camera protocols. Mike and the crew really helped me out. I ran into a situation where I had to install non IP video cameras with RS 485 communication for PTZ. This was not familiar to me as I generally only resell and install full I.Ps camera systems. They walked me through the setup and installation and made sure I knew what was going on .
