Description

The Geovision GV-MFD2501-5F is a Low Lux Mini IP Dome Camera with a HD recording resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 30 frames per second (Demo Video). The Geovision GV-MFD2501-5F Low Lux Mini IP Dome Camera has a 3.8mm megapixel lens along with a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS image sensor.

In low light environments this camera provides clear images with a low lux rating of 0.02 in both Color and B/W mode. The WDR Enhancement feature provides high image quality in environments with challenging lighting conditions, such as dark or bright back lighting. It works by combining the darkest part of the image with the brightest part to create one balanced image.

Further enhancing the image quality is the 3D Digital Noise Reduction, which reduces the amount of image sensor noise and helps to provide a clearer image. A Micro SD / SDHC Card Slot allows the user to record video clips and snapshots locally.

Also featured is a USB slot for the optional wireless adapter. The GV-MFD2501-5F can be powered using the included DC-5V adapter or by POE 802.3af, allowing both power and data to be run over one Cat-5e cable.

The Geovision GV-MFD2501-5F can be remotely accessed from a number of devices including PC, iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices. Like all Geovision IP Cameras the GV-MFD2501-5F includes a 32 channel software license for recording.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs. Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices. PoE for IP Camera
