The 5MP-BL5 is an IR bullet camera that supports HD-TVI video format. This is a selectable 4mp HD-TVI camera / 5mp HD-TVI camera. Please note that this camera does not have a video selector, so it is not possible to switch the video format out of HD-TVI mode.
This high definition outdoor IR bullet camera is designed to provide a complete overview shot of small to medium-sized rooms. Please check out this

sample HD surveillance images taken using this camera. The 100-degree wide angle of view produced by the 3.6mm lens makes this camera an ideal option to mount in the corner of a room.
An IP67 weatherproof rated enclosure protects the key components of the 5MP-BL5 from harsh weather, dust, and humidity and allows it to be used in either indoor or outdoor applications. A tri-axis bracket allows this camera to be ceiling or wall mounted and the lens can be pointed in any direction.
The 5MP-BL5 is a BNC analog surveillance camera type meaning that it is hard-wired to a security DVR using
RG59 Siamese coaxial cable or pre-made BNC security camera cable. This is the same type of cable that is used to install standard definition CCTV analog cameras.

Watch this video to see how easy installation is with the camera's tri-axis ball and socket joint style mount. Simply loosen the set ring at the base of the camera to point the camera lens in any direction. When you are done adjusting the angle, tighten the set ring. The camera is very sturdy and the set position will not move.

This is an IP67 security camera. It's weatherproof housing provides 100% protection from dust and water intrusion. This camera can safely be installed outdoors in areas that have a heavy rain, high humidity, and get very wet. They can also be installed in cold climates and along ocean coasts where there is salt water in the air.

The
VT-J301 security camera junction box is an optional installation mount for this camera. There is a bottom and side cable inlet and the cable leads from your camera can neatly be concealed inside this weatherproof enclosure. When the bottom inlet is used, the inlet plug can be moved to the size inlet. This junction box can be used for ceiling or wall mount installations.

IR Night Vision
Here is the 5MP-BL5 with the IR night vision enabled. Please note that the parking lot at CCTV Camera Pros warehouse does have some street lights, so this is not a zero light test. This is a low light test.

iPhone App Remote Camera View
In our testing, we connected our 5MP-BL5 to an
Viewtron HD surveillance DVR. In addition to providing a recording platform, the Viewtron DVRs lets user login from remotely over the Internet to view the security cameras live. The above image was captured using the Viewtron security camera viewer app for iPhone.

An optional
BNC to HDMI converter can be ordered with this camera. The converter allows you to connect your security camera to a TV via the HDMI input of your TV. In addition to the BNC video input on the converter, there is also a BNC loop output so that you can connect the camera to a DVR in addition to a TV / monitor. The BNC loop output is optional to use.
This device can be used solely as a way to connect your security camera to a TV for a live view only or you can also use the BNC output to also connect the camera's video to a second device, such as a DVR for recording video surveillance footage. You can see this in the above installation diagram.
