The Vivotek-FD8163 is a dome network IP camera with built-in PIR motion detection and infrared video surveillance. This IR dome has a
2 Megapixel CMOS image sensor and 3 - 9mm Varifocal lens that features the Focus Assist Button which enables the user to precisely dial in the perfect focus point. The Vivotek-FD8163 Fixed PIR Network Dome Camera is capable of recording in full 1080P resolution at up to 30 frames per second.
The
Removable IR Cut Filter allows the camera to maintain a clear image any time of day. For environments with challenging lighting conditions, the WDR Enhancement becomes active and balances out the lighting to provide superior image quality. A feature that makes this camera very unique is the PIR Detection, which identifies thermal characteristics and triggers an alarm, much like a motion sensor from a home security system.
The built-in
Infrared illuminators have a range of up to 15 meters or 45 feet and allow the camera to continue recording in total darkness. Simultaneous video streams of each H.264, MJPEG and MPEG-4 are supported to produce a smooth and reliable video feed. The Vivotek-FD8163 can be powered by 12V-DC, 24V-AC or POE 802.3af and features a 4 step, Hassle Free Installation.
The Vivotek-FD8163 includes a 32 channel central management software and is also fully compatible with
NUUO IP Camera Software for users who want to get the most out of their cameras. This camera is ideal for securing indoor applications ranging from retail stores to school buildings.
