SDI to HDMI Converter

The SDI-CR1 is an SDI to HDMI converter box (BNC to HDMI) that supports the following SDI camera formats: HD-SDI, SD-SDI, and 3G-SDI. The SDI CR1 is also referred to as an SDI to HDMI adapter. It supports the following SDI video resolutions: 720p, 1080p, and 1080i.

This converter box is not limited to HD-SDI surveillance camera applications, it can be used with any SDI camera. A typical use for this device in the realm of HD surveillance is to convert the BNC / RG59 coax signal from an HD-SDI CCTV camera to an HDMI signal so that the camera can display video on an HDTV. This video converter is compact in size and features easy plug and play installation. RG59 coaxial cable is typically used with BNC connectors to connect the SDI camera to the input of the converter box. The box then outputs an HDMI signal to the monitor / HD TV.
