The Geovision GV-IO Box 4E uses an Ethernet connection to integrate 4 inputs and 4 relay outputs into a Geovision PC-based surveillance systems. This input / output box allows the user to integrate their Geovision surveillance system with IO devices such as alarm system contacts, sirens, motion sensors, and etc. Installers can do things such as program the Geovision system to trigger an alert when an infrared tripwire is triggered or when an alarm dry contact is opened. The output can be configured to trigger a burglar alarm siren or strobe light. The Geovision GV-IO Box 4E can be powered by either 12V-DC or POE 802.3AT (POE Injector not included). Up to 9 GV-IO Box 4E(s) can be linked together and up to 16 connections from the Geovision software can control one GV-IO Box.
