| Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information during the order checkout process. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. For orders shipping inside the USA, CCTV Camera Pros uses UPS as our carrier of choice. Standard and ground shipping orders are generally shipped the day after you place your order. If your order is received by 12:00 EST, we can usually ship the order out the same day. Orders with expedited 3 day select, 2 day air, and next day air shipping are given priority to ship out the same day they are placed. CCTV Camera Pros can ship expedited orders out the same day as long as they are received by 2:00 EST. If you have any questions about the shipping status of your order or want to confirm when an order will ship before you place your order, please call 1-561-433-8488 and choose the customer service department.
