The Vivotek IB8354-C weatherproof IR bullet camera features a
1.3 megapixel CMOS image sensor along with a fixed 4mm lens, providing great image quality. The Vivotek IB8354-C IP camera has an HD recording resolution of 1280 x 1024 at 30 frames per second.
An
IP66 outdoor rated housing protects the electronic components of the camera from harsh weather conditions in addition to dust and debris. A cable concealing bracket completely encloses the cable and prevents it from being cut or tampered with, this is especially useful in high traffic areas.
For use in low light environments, the IB8354-C has a
Color lux rating of 0.08 and a Black & White lux rating of 0.06. If the lux rating drops below the 0.06, the Built-in IR LEDs activate and provide an effective illumination range of 20 meters / 60 feet. A Removable IR Cut Filter blocks any unusable infrared lighting and only allows the visible light to pass through, enhancing the image quality.
This camera is
solely powered by POE 802.3af, allowing both data and power to be run over one Cat-5e cable. A Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC Card Slot allows for the local storage of video clips and snapshots. Further enhancing the image quality is the 3D Noise Reduction Technology that works by reducing the amount of sensor noise in the image.
Like all Vivotek IP cameras, the IB8354-C includes a 32 channel central management software that can be installed on a Windows PC and be used to manage up to 32 cameras. This camera is ideal for outdoor applications that require high quality recording and a tamper proof mounting bracket.
