Bought the 1080p Hybrid camera and cable. Camera works great. Had a cable issue and it was quickly resolved by CCTV Camera Pros. Highly recommended.

I called several times before purchasing, and everyone I spoke with was patient and answered all my questions. The shipping was prompt and efficient. The products were used to start building a video system around my home and have worked well for that purpose.

Finally decided to try a quality camera for my security system and have to say that this camera does not disappoint! This camera blows away my stock Samsung camera in all aspects. Day/Night vision is excellent! And as if I need to top that, the customer service is top notch! Before purchasing my camera I had a few question on its performance and whether it would work with my DVR and Mike responded quickly and cleared everything up. Even after they received my sale I was sent an e-mail basically saying that they were there for me if I had any after sales questions! I am so impressed that I am thinking about purchasing a couple more cameras to replace the ones that are wearing out. Wished I would have known about these guys before I purchased the system I have now! I'm sure I would have been much happier in the long run!

I am a facilities manager and have been using CCTV Camera Pros for a couple years now. It all started a couple of years ago when I found you guys on the internet, and bought a 16 channel DVR from a guy named Chris Haldas (related I’m guessing).

As a facilities manager, I deal with a ton of vendors/contractors. I can say without hesitation that every single experience I have had with CCTV Camera Pros, whether it be a purchase or tech support, the experience has been high speed.

In the age of “no customer service”, you guys still get it.
