The analog CCTV mode (CVBS) supports the 960H resolution (960 x 480), which is the default setting. AHD, HD-TVI, and HDCVI supports 1080p HD resolution. This is a convenient feature that makes this camera compatible with almost any DVR. It also lets users upgrade to an HD DVR from analog and use the same camera. Installers can easily select the video mode using the OSD joystick.

This outdoor IR camera has 36 infrared LED capable of seeing up to 100 feet in the dark. This IR camera is the same body style and high-quality Sony CCD as the BIPRO-540L4 IR security camera except that it has a 6mm lens which provides a more zoomed in field of view. This camera is weatherproof and can be used for indoor or outdoor infrared surveillance without adding an additional housing. The camera is also equipped with a sun shield to help protect the lens and sensor from direct sunlight damage. The 6mm lens provides an 11.5-foot wide field of view at 15 feet away. This camera and mounting bracket are gray. The mounting bracket of this security camera completely concealed the power and video cable.
