I ordered the 8 channel NVR to replace my Hikvision unit. Could not be happier. Easy to setup and use from the console and remotely with their app. Tech support has been 100%.

5 of 5 Excellent security camera system December 21, 2023

I was looking for a quality security camera system for my home that is better what is available in the box stores. I ran across CCTV Camera Pros online and did some research. I like the quality of the images shown online and the overall ease of using the playback system. It was more expensive than the last system I had, but that system quit working after about 3 years. The CCTV Camera Pro system is superior and I expect to get many years out of this system.

I liked the Q-See systems. They worked pretty well and the prices were affordable. When they went under I lost all access to my system. I tried some of the wireless options, but charging the cameras and constant firmware upgrades made them unreliable.
The Viewtron DVR transition was seamless. Cameras worked with the old cables and remote viewing setup is about as easy as it can be. While I didn't need help, Ive received multiple emails offering support if it was needed.

Our CCTV main box died on us after 12 years of use. The vendor we originally purchased from went out of business. I went on line and fount CCTV Camera Pros. I called and Mike answered the phone. He was very informational and came up with a replacement box that would work with our existing cameras. He had the quote to me within minutes. I ordered and the product came very quickly. When I had questions during the installation, I called support. Again, Mike answered the phone and worked me through some of my set up questions. In today's times, when you can't get a live person or good support, I was so wonderful to get that kind of service again!

The people at CCTV Camera Pros are beyond the best to deal with and to answer any question before or after sale. If you have a question or problem setting up your security system they have video's to help you through the problem. Or email , call they will help you. The extra free software is outstanding. I highly recommend
CCTV Camera Pros equipment and the great people there.

I have had issues with tech support for a DVR from a different company...the response was very slow and they acted as if they didn't care that I was experiencing issues with their product. I found out about Viewtron, checked the reviews and ordered a replacement DVR. I was very pleased with the the support I received along with my questions I asked before I purchased the product. I would recommend this company to anyone. The support is great, timely and the DVR is a joy to work with.

ordered 4 new cameras and a new DVR to work on my existing [old] coax feed lines that I could not replace. Got to 1080p clarity with the new system. The folks at CCTV were monumental at helping me out and giving guidance. The eight port DVR I ordered was disappointing at first because it was way too noisy from the fan for my office. I called them up and they recognized the problem and promptly sent me a replacement fan for the unit which made a huge difference and is now tolerable. I have everything installed and working 100%. Amazing clarity and functions perfectly! Thanks to all at CCTV Camera Pros.

Recently had to replace my NVR, ordered it and received it the following day. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered a DVR. I called them on the phone and was told no problem, we can switch it for the NVR. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend them. Support those that served!

Replaced Swann DVR. Purchase and set up was easy. It was compatible with my existing Swann cameras. The app is great and so is their support. Swann support is nonexistent and so is their app. So pleased I switched to CCTV Camera Pros!
