A few years ago I purchased a Q-See 4-camera system. Everything was great with the cameras until QSEE went out of business. I went a couple of years with security cameras running with no way to view. I decided this was ridiculous so I began an Internet search for Q-See replacements. I happened across CCTV in a search. I emailed them and Mike, one of the owners, replied back within a day or two. We talked about my options. My cameras are all hardwired and I didn't want to replace them. Mike told me all I needed was a DVR to be able to access the cameras. I purchased the Mike's recommended DVR through their website. I was surprised at how fast they sent the DVR to me. I was able to set it up by myself and I also downloaded the app. Recently my power and Internet went down at the same time. When they were back up my app wasn't displaying the live views & I couldn't figure out what to do so I called CCTV. I was able to reach a tech as soon as I called and spoke with Michael who was able to help me reset my app and correct a few other issues I had. He was very patient and helpful. I'm thankful for a company that is so responsive and committed to their customers.

Working with Mike and his team was fantastic. They helped me build a camera package to replace my worthless ADT System. The 4K cameras are so clean and crisp, I cant believe how much I was missing.
I had 1 camera that wouldn't work, and the RMA process was super smooth. I had a replacement sent, and I received it in 2 days from Florida to California.
I cant say enough good things about CCTVCamera pros, it was a pleasure doing business with them. I look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

After many hours of researching security systems I decided to go with CCTV Camera Pros and not the inferior units sold at most big box stores. I'm very glad I did. The cameras and DVR are working great with very high picture quality. A bad cable was promptly replaced at no cost.

I called several times before purchasing, and everyone I spoke with was patient and answered all my questions. The shipping was prompt and efficient. The products were used to start building a video system around my home and have worked well for that purpose.

Great company!!! I originally ordered a recorder for CCTV cameras. The price for that item was nearly $600 but a CCTV Cameral Pros employee recommended that I go with a lower price model that was a better seller and just as good in quality. I took their advice and saved nearly $300. Thanks so much for your expertise and honesty. I will definitely order from them in the future.
