After watching some Youtube videos I decided to give CCTV Camera Pros a try. They were extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs and knew exactly what I needed. I now know who to come to for all things security camera related. Being a military veteran and being able to support former service members is just icing on the cake!

Mike and the crew really helped me out. I ran into a situation where I had to install non IP video cameras with RS 485 communication for PTZ. This was not familiar to me as I generally only resell and install full I.Ps camera systems. They walked me through the setup and installation and made sure I knew what was going on . Top notch dealer, with top notch knowledge, and service. I would highly recommend!

I ordered a CCTV camera online from these guys. They answered the phone (!) when I called customer service on the first ring. Then I called back and they answered again. Both times they were professional and knew their subject inside and out. They also sent follow-up emails to ensure I knew how to install the camera. I'm a marketing consultant and I'm using this company as an example of how good customer service can do more for your brand than tons of advertising. 5 stars.
