Five years ago, my wife and I made the fortuitous decision to install a security camera system provided by CCTV Camera Pros at our newly built home out in the middle of nowhere on the South Dakota prairie.
It is 240 miles from our primary home in Sioux Falls.
Since we only spend about ten weeks a year at our prairie house, we needed a reliable way to keep an eye on things.
We started with four 4k cameras and a basic DVR.
Live viewing was impeccable, and we got pretty good at finding events on the timeline. However, the prairie wind made searching for events challenging and time-consuming.
A couple of months ago, we asked James if there was a way to get notifications for vehicles and people.
Last month, he sent us a new smart DVR and we are now thrilled to get notifications on our phones whenever significant events occur.
We needed quite a bit of hand-holding to get everything in working order.
James and Jake were extremely patient and were able to make adjustments remotely when we were not on site.
So, this is my long-winded way of saying how much we appreciate your excellent service, the high-quality products and the availability and expertise of your team.
