This is a universal RS232 to RS485 interface converter. The power is supplied from the RS232 serial port and the Power Dissipation is less than 10mA.

RS232 to RS485 Converter Features:

  • RS485 Half - Duplex mode available
  • ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Protection: ±15kV - Human Body Model
  • Slew-Rate Limited for Error-Free Data Transmission
  • Surge Protection:1,500W
  • Allows up to 32 or 128 (you need order) Transceivers on the Bus
