The Geovision GV-IO Card uses a 20-pin connection that connects to a Geovision DVR card to provide 12 inputs for integration with Geovision surveillance systems. This input card allows you to integrate a Geovision surveillance system with I/O devices such as alarm system contacts, motion sensors, and etc. Installers can program the Geovision system to trigger an alert when an infrared trip wire is triggered or when an alarm dry contact is opened. The output, which is sold separately, can be configured to trigger an alarm or siren.
