The Vivotek IP8152 compact network box camera can support up to 30 frames per second in 1280 x 1024 video resolution. The Vivotek IP8152 has a 3.3 - 12mm varifocal lens, giving the user a wide range of viewing angles. The compact design allows the camera to be used in many different applications such as business', banks and schools.

This camera is powered by POE 802.3af, which runs both video and power over one Ethernet cable. Users can record video clips and snapshots locally using the camera's built-in Micro SD / SDHC card slot. Two-way audio is supported with one microphone input and one speaker output.

The low light capabilities of this camera are phenomenal with a color lux rating of 0.11 and a B / W lux rating of 0.001, ensuring around the clock surveillance. A Removable IR Cut Filter allows for the use of an external infrared illuminator by blocking the light from the IRs and only allowing the visible light to pass through.

The Vivotek IP8152 comes with a 32 channel central management software for monitoring and recording video surveillance.
