The Geovision GV-BX220D-E is a cold weather surveillance camera capable of withstanding -40°F temperatures with it's IP66 rated enclosure. The Geovision GV-BX220D-E features a 2 Megapixel 2.8 - 6mm Varifocal lens with a 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor.

This camera has a frame rate of up to 30FPS at 1920 x 1080, producing a true high definition image. Dual video streams are supported with stream 1 using H.264 or MJPEG and stream 2 using H.264, MJPEG or MPEG4. Built-in IR's allow the GV-BX220D-E to produce an exceptional image in complete darkness.

The Geovision GV-BX220D-E can be accessed using iPhone, iPad, Android and 3GPP mobile devices. The camera is powered using POE IEEE802.3at and makes installation easy. In addition to great image quality, the GV-BX220D-E features motion detection, privacy mask, tampering alarm and text overlay.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet. Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs. Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones. Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices. Some remote viewing methods require use of the NVR software that is included with the camera and some methods can connect directly to the camera and do not require a PC be used.
