The Geovision GV-BX5300-E is a 5 Megapixel Arctic Camera capable of operating in temperatures as low as -40°F. The Geovision GV-BX5300-E features a 5 Megapixel
4.5 - 10mm Varifocal lens with a 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor.
2560 x 1920 image resolution at up to 10FPS (Frames Per Second) produces high definition image quality. The IP67 / IK10 rated enclosure with built in heater blower assembly ensures that the camera stays at ideal operating temperatures in both hot and cold environments.
This camera is capable of supporting dual video streams of H.264 and MJPEG. The GV-BX5300-E can drop down to as little as 0.15 Lux in Color and 0.10 Lux in B / W (Black & White) without the use of Infrared LEDs. With the
Infrared LEDs activated the GV-BX5300-E is capable of 0 Lux. Enhancing the low light image quality is the Removable IR Cut Filter which helps to maintain crisp, clear images when the IR's are active.
WDR Pro feature further enhances the image quality in environments with extreme lighting conditions, such as ultra bright or dim. It essentially combines the darkest part of the image with the brightest part to create one highly detailed, balanced image.
The GV-BX5300-E is solely powered by
POE IEEE 802.3at, which runs both data and power over one Cat-5E cable. Like all Geovision IP cameras, the GV-BX5300-E is accessible from iPhone, Android and 3GPP mobile devices and also includes a 32 Channel NVR software license.
