The
PRO-630DN28 High Resolution Security Camera comes with a varifocal lens capable of adjusting from 2.8mm to 12mm. The varifocal lens allows an installer to adjust the field of view to just the right angle for precise video surveillance. The lens is also DC Auto-Iris which means the iris adjusts automatically for light levels. This color security camera supports 630 lines of resolution in color. It uses a high resolution 1/3" Sony Super HAD CCD. This camera may be used for indoors or outdoors with a
camera housing. An individual power supply for this camera is included.
This high resolution CCD camera is built with digital noise reduction
technology which is designed to eliminate any noise associated with low
light environments. Ghosting and blooming effects are reduced
dramatically, leaving the image clean and vivid even in low light
surveillance scenarios. Another added benefit of the digital noise
reduction is that the hard drive required capacity for DVR recording is
substantially reduced by up to 70% in MPEG4 implementations.
Digital day & night control functions are embedded within the
camera to enhance picture quality. The day/night digital control
technology automatically detects day or night time to keep full color
in day time and
turn to black and white at night. It also detects the environmental
brightness automatically. Star lighting mode will be working while the
brightness is low. This ensures the picture brightness which can
operate as low as 0.001 lux. Controls through the camera's on screen
display allow you to set the sensitivity of light control x2, x4, x6,
x8, x10, x12, x14, x16, x24, x32, x64, x128 times.
The high resolution CCD camera can easily be set up by using the
cameras on-screen display menu
built into the camera. The privacy masking function enables you to
select and record only chosen coverage among 4 areas. Up to 4 motion
detection areas are available for setting. It is adjustable on
location or size and an alarm will be alerted on screen.

Weatherproof Outdoor Housing Options
The 630DN series cameras can be used outdoors when enclosed in an
outdoor camera housing. There are two housing options, one with a powered heater and fan and one without.
