The Samsung camera system DVR at our small business died. I needed a replacement that would work with my older analog cameras. I found the hybrid model that supported 16 cameras and called to ensure it was compatible with my existing cameras. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Once I placed the order the DvR shipped the same day. The unit arrived in 4 days and when we plugged it in it in, setup was easy. I deal with alot of vendors and these guys are the top1%. Im not used to getting that level of service and support. We were impressed.

I have used the system for about a month now. At first it was quite a change from our past system. It does display my cameras much better than the old system. Even with the few little quirks I've run into, Mike & Greg have been very attentive to my concerns. I would highly recommend CCTV to anyone looking to purchase a new system. I certainly am happy.

I had been thinking about upgrading my old Everfocus DVR and searched thru a lot of Websites and retailers. I was constantly drawn back to CCTV Camera Pros with there wide variety of videos and help topics.

James was very helpful in answering all of my questions so I went ahead and ordered a Hybrid DVR
and a 1080p camera to compare with some of my older ones.

Shipping was fast and setup was very easy.

When I did need assistance with setting up my remote viewing they were just a phone call away and
in less then 5 min. it was done :)

5 Stars across the board.

16 Channel DVR, Hybrid DVR, NVR, BNC CCTV AHD HD-TVI HD-CVI IP Cameras / has been a Great recorder. This unit is packed with features. Very easy to get up and running fast. Has been compatible with a variety of cameras new and old. This unit replaced a 14 yr old recorder so there has of course been somewhat of a (fun) learning curve. Very pleased to have made this choice.

I needed a new camera system for our parking garage that I could install myself. After many months of research, we pulled the trigger and bought a 4K 16 camera all-in-one system from CCTV Camera pros. The NAT option, so I could see the cameras remotely online, was what sold me, and it worked seamlessly. The picture quality is great. My title of plug and play is how I feel about how easy this system was to install for me. Shipping was fast and all the online info made this a great experience. I highly recommend this company!

I was one of the lucky people to be stuck with Q-See's old system and cameras and needed a new DVR. Luckily I found the right web link with a review for CCTV which linked to a video from Mike. Showed me that they have many options to make any existing system work with what they offer. One email with questions and Mike quickly replied with an answer plus his suggestions on what to move forward with to replace what I had and also leave room for future improvements. Totally pleased because their DVR came out of the box and was hooked up to the old camera system and working in minutes. Plus their tutorials for the mobile apps made viewing them offsite ready within minutes as well. Great people and service!!!

Bought the 16ch DVR to replace current one that failed. It was shipped fast. It was for a remote house that I was not able to get to till now. Fast install and setup. I like the NAT2.0 to find device for quick setup on laptop and remote devices. Happy with the experience. Would buy again.

The quality of the video is great. I had a problem with my camera's only showing up in black and white. One call to tech service cleared that up in about 30 seconds. Great support!
