When looking for a new DVR/NVR to replace our old one that was not working anymore, we came across CCTV Camera Pros and we started exchanging chat messages about our cameras that we wanted to use with the new system.

We ordered the Viewtron NVR with 16 channels and 3 cameras and fortunately our old cameras where recognized and all is working well.
We are very happy with the quality, the service received and all the answers to our questions provided by James, and strongly recommend CCTV Camera Pros.

As a 30 yr install and service tech, I am familiar with getting tech support. I am not exaggerating to say my questions/issues were addressed almost immediately. The hybrid system has performed beautifully and customer wants more cams (17 currently). I have a very happy customer and I have peace of mind support. Highly, highly recommend this outfit.

I am a facilities manager and have been using CCTV Camera Pros for a couple years now. It all started a couple of years ago when I found you guys on the internet, and bought a 16 channel DVR  from a guy named Chris Haldas (related I’m guessing).

As a facilities manager, I deal with a ton of vendors/contractors. I can say without hesitation that every single experience I have had with CCTV Camera Pros, whether it be a purchase or tech support, the experience has been high speed.

In the age of “no customer service”, you guys still get it.
