I am a facilities manager and have been using CCTV Camera Pros for a couple years now. It all started a couple of years ago when I found you guys on the internet, and bought a 16 channel DVR from a guy named Chris Haldas (related I’m guessing).

As a facilities manager, I deal with a ton of vendors/contractors. I can say without hesitation that every single experience I have had with CCTV Camera Pros, whether it be a purchase or tech support, the experience has been high speed.

In the age of “no customer service”, you guys still get it.

Great 180 Cam	October 9, 2018

I needed a replacement camera for my 1080p Samsung DVR. I spoke to technical support and they told me that either the HD-TVI or AHD video mode of this camera would work with the Samsung DVR depending on the model. I called back with the exact model of my DVR and they confirmed exactly what I needed to do. I followed their directions and it works great. Thank You CCTV!

I was looking for a replacement security camera with a wider angle lens to replace an old analog CCTV camera. This one was the perfect fit. Nice wide angle view and sees in the total dark. It was just what I needed.
