The Geovision GV-CAW220 is a Megapixel Wireless IP Camera featuring full frame rate recording (
30 frames per second) at
1920 x 1080 HD resolution (
Demo Video). The Geovision GV-CAW220 has a
3.35mm fixed lens and 1/2.5" progressive scan CMOS image sensor, enabling the user to cover a wide angle of view.
One feature that sets this camera apart from its competitors is the
WDR Enhancement. The WDR Enhancement essentially combines the darkest part of the image with the brightest part of the image to produce one highly detailed, balanced image. The built in
PIR motion sensor can be configured to trigger an alarm when motion is detected.
An on board speaker and microphone enables the GV-CAW220 to support
two way audio. The GV-CAW220 can be setup to be wired or wireless using the
802.11b/g/n wireless codec. For low light environments this camera has a
white light illuminator (flash light like) with an
effective range of 5 meters / 16 feet.
Users can record video clips and snapshots locally on the camera by using the
Micro SD / SDHC / SDXC card slot (card not included). Dual video streams of H.264 and MJPEG are supported.
The GV-CAW220 includes a
32 channel IP license that is compatible with any Geovision IP camera. The camera can be remotely accessed by a number of devices including
iPhone,
iPad,
Android,
PC and 3GPP mobile devices.
