Description

This business or home surveillance system may be used either indoors or outdoors as the cameras are weatherproof. This complete DVR surveillance system is equipped with all of the cables and connectors needed to complete your camera installation. The iDVR H.264 surveillance video recorder has many advanced features including motion detection and remote internet viewing. This system may also be view remotely via Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android, and Apple iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices. The DVR comes with a 500gb hard drive for video storage and can be upgraded up to 2 Terrabytes. The cameras are our Sony CCD Weatherproof, high resolution infrared color bullet cameras that are rated to see 65 feet in complete darkness using the night mode.

It took me longer to unpack it then to get it working. Super easy instructions. I set it up on the floor to see how everything worked. Super simple to plug and play. The viewing software was just as simple. Customer support was outstanding. I'm not network literate so I had to ask for help with the internet viewing. The guys went way above and beyond my expectations. After they logged on to help me set it up, they made sure that I understood what I would need to do if I wanted to make changes. They answered the call right away (no waiting), and were not rushing to get to the next call. Thanks guys!
