The Geovision GV-BX520D-E is a 5 Megapixel artic weather security camera capable of standing up to temperatures as low as -40°F. The Geovision GV-BX520D-E features a 1/2.5" progressive image sensor with a 4.5 - 10mm Varifocal lens. This camera supports up to 10FPS (Frames Per Second) at a video resolution of 2560 x 1920, producing an unsurpassed image quality. Adding to that are built in IR's to maintain a high quality image in total darkness. The Geovision GV-BX520D-E is powered by POE IEEE 802.3at and includes the required POE adapter. Many mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad, Android and 3GPP are supported. There is a BNC monitor output with a image resolution of 640 x 480. The Geovision GV-BX520D-E supports dual video streams with stream 1 using H.264 or MJPEG and stream 2 using H.264, MJPEG or MPEG4.

Remote Viewing Support

Geovision includes many options to view your cameras remotely over a local network and also remotely over the Internet.  Remote viewing is supported by both Windows and Mac based PCs.  Geovision also includes support to view cameras from cell phones and other mobile devices including: iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, and other 3G / 3GPP cell phones.  Geovision provides free apps for all of these types of devices.  Some remote viewing methods require use of the NVR software that is included with the camera and some methods can connect directly to the camera and do not require a PC be used.  Click here for more information on Geovision remote viewer options.
