CCTV Camera Pros created the following video to demonstrate the remote security camera viewing capability of the iDVR-PRO surveillance recorder using an Android mobile phone.
Please note that an Android simulator was used for this demonstration and because the video was captured using Windows video screen capture software, then converted to a Youtube video file type the quality is not as good as what is actually experienced using a real Android or Droid cell phone.
We start by typing the IP address of the surveillance DVR into the phones web browser.
We are not asked for login information because we previously logged in using this device.
After the page loads security number one comes into view.
We can select one of the four other cameras connected to this DVR using the drop down box on the screen.
One by one we will select each camera that is connected to this surveillance system.
This particular iDVR system is monitoring CCTV Camera Pros warehouse and office space in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The iDVR is capable of being viewed also from iPhone and Blackberry cell phones.
